I had to message Palm Beach Collection about my order because I suddenly wasn’t sure if I’d picked the right scent. I also got myself a bit confused about the timing, I couldn’t tell if the date I saw was when it was shipping or when it was supposed to arrive. Either way, the person who replied was really helpful and got back to me faster than I expected.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the delivery info could have been a little clearer, especially if you’re someone like me who overthinks dates and order updates. But the customer service was lovely, answered my question without making it a big deal, and overall it was a good experience.

I can’t remember exactly which scent I picked, but I do remember being surprised by how long it lingered after I blew the candle out. It made the room smell nice for ages without being too much. Really happy with it and I’d definitely order again

I bought a diffuser from palmbeachcollection.com.au because I had been trying to make our little hallway smell a bit nicer, especially since that’s where we keep the shoe rack and the dog lead.
